Michael Ferraro is the President of Mortgage Markets CUSO, LLC and has more than 20 years of operational optimization, sales leadership, market penetration, digital marketing, and team building experience in the banking, credit union, mortgage, and consumer lending industries. Michael illustrious career has included Executive Leadership positions at American Eagle Financial Credit Union where he served as Vice President of Consumer Lending, The Credit Union Association of New York as a Management Consultant, and CU Direct Corporation where led the Northeast as Director of Credit Union Sales. Michael has had the distinct honor of being the featured speaker at prestigious national industry events and has also educated consumers on local Connecticut radio stations to discuss all things credit related.
Jill Lescarbeau – Operations Manager
Jill is Mortgage Markets CUSO, LLC’s Mortgage Loan Operations Manager. Jill oversees the on-boarding, processing, and closing departments and ensures that Credit Union members have a world class mortgage experience. Jill has been with Mortgage Markets CUSO, LLC since 2019 and has held leadership positions in the mortgage and credit union industry during her career.
Patrick Shiel – Mortgage Loan Originator
Patrick is a Mortgage Loan Originator for Mortgage Markets CUSO, LLC. With more than 10 years’ experience in the mortgage industry, Patrick specializes in working with Credit Union members customizing products and services to best suit their individual needs. Patrick joined Mortgage Markets CUSO, LLC from American Eagle Financial Credit Union, where he served as Senior Mortgage Loan Originator, closing a record $100 million in loans in 2017 and 2018. Cindy Berger – Mortgage Loan Originator
Cindy is a Mortgage Loan Originator for Mortgage Markets CUSO, LLC, and has more than 20 years’ experience in Credit Union Mortgage Lending. Cindy’s passion is helping Credit Union members have a streamlined experience throughout the entire Mortgage process, ensuring they receive a customize program designed specifically for them. Barbie Rodrigue – Mortgage Loan Originator
Barbie is the Loan Officer Assistant/Loan Closer for Mortgage Markets CUSO. Barbie has spent her career working in all aspects of financial industry specifically in mortgages, and consumer lending. When not working, Barbie loves traveling with her family and playing softball. NMLS# 1747668
Alex Bleicher – Mortgage On-Boarding Specialist
Alex is Mortgage Markets CUSO, LLC’s Mortgage On-Boarding Specialist. Alex ensures that Credit Union members receive critical initial disclosures and paves the way for a streamlined mortgage experience. Alex has been with Mortgage Markets CUSO, LLC since 2019 and has held numerous positions in Lending throughout his career.
Sheri Motola – Loan Processor Supervisor
Sheri Motola is the Supervisor of the loan processors at Mortgage Markets CUSO, LLC . She is a seasoned leader in the credit union industry with more than 25 years of mortgage experience. She has expertise in loan operations from originations to closings. Her strengths include sales leadership, and team building experience in the banking, and credit union industries. Sheri’s career has included Executive Leadership positions at American Eagle Financial Credit Union where she served as Vice President of Branch banking, and prior to that she was in Commercial Banking with Peoples United Bank, and Webster Bank. Sheri ensures our members have an enjoyable mortgage experience, and she has received all 5-star reviews from her members. She looks forward to helping you with your lending needs.
When Sheri is not helping her members, she volunteers in her community. She is a board member for Rebuilding Together Manchester and delights in helping her neighbors retain their ability to remain in their homes.

Rosaliz Cassells – Mortgage Underwriter
Rosaliz Cassells, mortgage underwriter, Mortgage Markets CUSO. 20-year underwriting career with American Eagle Financial Credit Union to include consumer and real estate lending. Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from University of Hartford, Master’s Degree in Ethics and Compliance from New England College of Finance. Volunteer and board member for CRIS Radio. Rosa resides in East Hartford, CT.
