Mortgage Markets CUSO files as LLC in the State of CT

First mortgage CUSO in CT opens its doors with a new direct lending model retaining contol of the servicing on all loan sales

The formation of Mortgage Markets CUSO LLC signaled the end of the testing phase of our FANNIE MAE direct lending model. Separate licenses and contracts were obtained including those with FANNIE MAE (secondary market sales), Midwest Loan Services (servicing and access to automated decisioning site), and SMR (secondary market consulting services).
