New FANNIE MAE expanded approval products added

40 year, Interest first, My community mortgages are now available

With alternative products increasing in importance, MMCUSO is now offering these alternative loans to meet the mortgage lending needs of members. Only a handful of credit unions nationally have these approvals in place from FANNIE MAE.
The products compliment our 0 down, Fannie My communtiy, and reverse mortgage offerings.
